PREMIUM BOOKS & RULES

All exhibitors and their parent(s), if applicable, must comply with the following rules and regulations in order to exhibit at the Marquette County Fair. This includes Junior and Open Class.

⚠ Code of Conduct Required

Entries will not be approved or allowed until the Code of Conduct is completed in full. It has been incorporated directly into the FairEntry process.

PREMISE ID REQUIREMENT

Exhibitors must provide a valid (non-expired) Premise ID for every animal (except rabbits) brought onto the Fairgrounds. No animals will be allowed on the Fairgrounds without this information.

FAIR ENTRY GUIDELINES

A number of changes have been made to the Fair Premium Books and the FairEntry process this year. Please carefully review all information before submitting.

  1. 1

All entries must include the exhibitor's full name, address, email, and phone number.

  2. 2

For Junior entries, the club you are associated with must be selected for each entry. 4-H entries are automatically verified. Junior Association or FFA members must upload their membership certificate or number. This does not apply to Open Class.

  3. 3

The Marquette County Code of Conduct has been incorporated into the FairEntry process for Junior and Open Class.

  4. 4

Be sure you have your Premise ID before entering animals. It is a required field — entries will be rejected if the ID is invalid.

  5. 5

Horse liability, information, and vet certifications can now be completed and uploaded into FairEntry. Contact us if you have problems.

  6. 6

Add ALL entries for ALL exhibitors before hitting the SUBMIT button. Review all entries for accuracy. You can update entries until you submit — you cannot modify entries once submitted for approval unless rejected.

  7. 7

All required documentation must be uploaded before entries will be approved. Incomplete entries will be rejected; you may correct and resubmit.

  8. 8

Please note there is no longer fair staff at the UW-Extension office. Do not drop off entries or projects there.

YOUTH MEAT ANIMAL AUCTION

Additional requirements apply to sell at the Youth Meat Animal Auction. Download the documents below and review all rules carefully.

📢 MANDATORY Meeting — Tuesday, July 14 @ 8:00 PM · Show Barn

All Exhibitors, Parents, and Family Representatives must attend to go over rules and responsibilities.
