KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER
Drop-off takes place in early October; spring pick-up is the following April.
A separate contract is required for each unit you plan to store.
A $100.00 deposit per unit is required to reserve your spot — or pay in full at registration. Any remaining balance is due no later than drop-off.
Insurance is mandatory for the entire storage duration — proof of coverage is required before drop-off.
All batteries must be disconnected prior to drop-off.
Gas and propane levels must be at the lowest possible quantity.
Customers are responsible for removing any loose or valuable property. Any items left with the unit are stored at the customer's own risk.
CONTRACTS, INSURANCE & DEPOSITS
Contracts, proof of insurance, and deposits must all be submitted before your spot can be guaranteed.
