EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS

​​All exhibitors and/or their parent(s), if applicable, must comply with the following rules and regulations in order to exhibit at the Marquette County Fair.  This includes Junior and Open Class:

Registration opens April 15, 2026


The entry DEADLINE is June 28, 2026 at 11:59PM.  All corrections also need to be completed by that date so register early.  No late entries after that date will be allowed.  Last minute or forgotten entries will not be allowed at the fair or the day of the show. 


FAIR ENTRY GUIDELINES:   

NOTE:  A number of changes have been made to the Fair Premium Books and the FairEntry process this year.  Please carefully review all information you enter before you submit them. Here are a few guidelines to help you:

  • All entries must include exhibitors full name, address, email, phone numbers, etc. 
  • For Junior entries, the club you are associated with must be selected for each entry.   4-H entries are automatically verified in the system.   If you are a Junior Association or FFA member, you will need to upload your membership certificate or number.  This requirement does not apply to OPEN CLASS.  
  • The Marquette County Code of Conduct has been incorporated into the FairEntry process for JUNIOR AND OPEN CLASS.
  • Be sure you have your Premise ID before entering animals in the fair.  It is one of the required fields.  Entries will be rejected if the ID is invalid.  
  • Horse liability, information and vet certifications can now be completed and uploaded into the FairEntry process.  This feature is new.  If you have problems, please contact us.  
  • Please make sure you have added ALL your entries in full for ALL your exhibitors before you hit the SUBMITbutton.  Review all entries for all exhibitors for accuracy.  You can go in and out of the system to change and update your entries until you hit Submit.  You can not modify entries once SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL unless the entry is rejected.  Once approved you can add more entries but not modify existing.
  • All required documentation and information must be uploaded and provided before entries will be approved.  If entries are incomplete, they will be rejected and you will be able to correct the issue, then resubmit.
  • Please note there is no longer fair staff located at the UW-Extension office.  We ask that you refrain from dropping off entries and projects at the Extension office.

Provide a name and phone number in the email or call to ensure you can be contacted with resolutions.  Please be patient.  We are all volunteers and will try to contact you about your concerns as soon as possible.

Exhibitor Information, Rules and Requirements 

Entry Tag Pick Up

Entry tags are only available for pick up at the FAIRGROUNDS on the following dates and times:    TBD


  • FAIR CLEAN UP DAY
  • FAIR ENTRY DAY


If you cannot pick up your tags at the scheduled times, contact the Fair email or office to make alternative arrangements.
